1.Do you arrange home visit anywhere in Mumbai ?

Ans: Yes. We provide home sample collection facility all over mumbai, Thane, Kalwa and Bhiwandi. Prior appointment is mandatory.

2.Do you do Covid RTPCR Test?

Ans: We arrange Swab collection for Covid RTPCR test and the test is outsourced to a referral lab.

3. Do you have special packages for covid suspected patients?

Ans: Yes. Please check our Health Packages.

4. Who is the authorised signatory at your lab?

Ans: Dr. Aparna Govind is the signing authority. She is a Lab Director as well as Quality Manager for Care Diagnostix. She is M.D. in pathology and has 25 yrs work experience in pathology.

5. How quick I will get my test results?

Ans: Our TAT for routine tests done in-house is around 4 hrs. Some tests are done in batches, hence TAT can vary for those tests. Tests outsourced at a referral lab are usually available in 24 hrs.
